About the Client

The client is a technology-oriented organization focused on building modern blockchain networks under the Shido initiative. Developed in the Cosmos ecosystem, Shido is a Layer 1 network created to power decentralized applications with speed and EVM support.  

The platform combines Cosmos-based performance with Ethereum smart contract compatibility, allowing developers to build familiar EVM applications while benefiting from lower latency and stronger throughput.

Focused on real-world usability, Shido was designed to support enterprise-grade workloads, secure transaction processing, and multi-chain connectivity across blockchain ecosystems.

Problem Statement

Existing blockchain ecosystems often force teams to choose between performance, compatibility, and interoperability. Cosmos-based networks can deliver speed and efficient consensus, yet many lack the native EVM support required by Ethereum developers.
EVM chains offer a familiar smart contract environment, though rising state overhead and scaling limits can reduce efficiency under heavy workloads.
