- Should be able to operate an online product.
- Good knowledge to work with the Backend of the software.
- To identify, research, and resolve Customer/client issues by using the computer system and applications.
- Troubleshooting technical issues diagnosing and repairing faults resolving network issues
- Configuring software after speaking to the Customers/Clients to quickly get to the root of their problem
- Provide assistance to Team Leader/Direct Reporting Manager in managing team, generating reports, and sharing updates.
- Maintains a high level of professionalism and approachability.
- Provide end-user training in general computer use and specific software platforms
- Update internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
Responsibilities need to be handled:
- Experience as Technical Support Executive
- Help desk software and remote support tools experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
Qualifications for Tech Support:
- Bachelor's degree is must required in (B.Tech/BCA/BE)
- 06 Months -2 years of Experience
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Good Communication Skill.
