We are seeking a senior professional to lead and scale our technical product department. As a fast-growing blockchain-consulting firm, our fintech portfolio is expanding to more sectors and geographies. We expect the ideal candidate to drive a vertical of mid-to-large sized teams with a focus on strengthening the technological foundation and finesse in delivery.
The candidate should be able to exercise her/his industrial experience towards building a stronger product pool for the international markets.
Expectations:
Must have experience in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of fintech products
Proven experience in leading mid-large sized cross-functional IT teams.
Proficient in skilful execution of contemporary SDLC techniques.
Strong foundation in solution architecture of software products.
Outline product scaling vision & roadmap with a focus on global deliveries.
Understand and analyse data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems
Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community.
Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product.
Perform product demos to clients.
NOTE: Knowledge of Blockchain will be preferred but passion to learn about it will be equally beneficial.
