Job Description: Product Manager (Fintech)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of product strategy and roadmaps for cutting-edge financial technology products
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, and sales, to understand market needs and identify opportunities for new products and features
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through market research and user testing
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver products to market
- Stay up-to-date on fintech industry trends and new technologies through ongoing research and analysis
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- 5 years of experience in the fintech space with a background in research
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- 4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on fintech products and a background in research
- Strong understanding of financial technology and market trends through research and analysis
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage competing demands from multiple stakeholders
- Experience conducting market research and user testing
- Must be able to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision
