Antier Solutions is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support projects and initiatives in the realm of Finance and Blockchain
Experience:
1-5 year
An ideal candidate should have thorough knowledge of:
1. Good Knowledge of Financial Markets ( Primary Markets and Secondary Markets)
2. Financial Product Lifecycle ( Lifecycle of Equities, Bonds)
3. Good Knowledge of Business Analysis Methodologies
4. Good Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
5. Good Analytical skills + structured problem-solving skills. Should be able to step in on open ended analytics problems and provide solutions and ideas on what's possible
6. Advanced usage of MS Excel
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create Business Requirement Document on the basis of client requirements
2. Create Functional Requirement Documents and Use cases
3. Independently manage and create success stories in assigned projects ( From Initiation to Completion)
4 Work on 2-3 critical projects to improve processes / operations function.
5. Should be able to carry out primary and secondary market research.
6. Should be able to do SWOT analysis, Business Plan writing, Token-Economics
7. Should be able to develop a growing understanding of our technology & keep up with other industry development
8. Should be hungry for results and achievement.
9. Should have positive attitude towards work and should be goals driven.
