Character Animators who can work on films, video games and require a strong understanding of acting and directing in order to create believable, empathetic characters.

Responsibilities

  • Excellent skills of key frame animation
  • Constructed 3D rig and control groups using Maya(Unity engine) to support the animation team and provide them with highly flexible animation option and control
  • Good understanding & follower of animation principles.
  • Working on Biped, Quadruped Rigging with Blend shape
  • Ability to create advance bone setups with AUTO CLAVICLE TWIST, ADVANCE ARM
  • TWIST WITH IK FK SWITCH,
  • Ability to create deformation rigs using Smooth Skin and the Maya deformers
  • Good understanding & follower of animation principles
  • Knowledge of latest 3D software (specially 3D Maya, 3Ds Max will be a plus) and design animation principles is a must.
  • Have rich experience of character rigging setup
  • Create high quality in-game animation and in-game cut scenes for mobile games.

The responsibilities of the Character Animator may include:

  • Build and maintain high quality, high-performance animation rigs.
  • Test rigged and animated models in unity 3d with the help of programmers
  • Working from a brief from the Lead Animator regarding the characters to be animated
  • Researching styles, genre and specifics of the project
  • Creating 3D animations from sketches provided by designers
  • Developing look and feel of character movements
  • Ensuring character consistency
  • Create Rig for character and animate
  • Animating character mood, emotion, facial expressions, movement and behaviour
  • Producing animations of scenes and sequences, providing options of character movement and behaviour
  • Working to a tight schedule and delivering amendments to deadline
  • Must have an experience in Gaming Field only
